Ordering from Jo Barnes

Firstly please bear in mind that the vintage pieces included in some of our bridal hair accessories may show signs of age. We do our very best to clean them up to get them looking as beautiful as possible and will only use vintage jewellery that is in very good condition

Payments can be made via pay pal, bank transfer or cheque

To place an order you can either use the buy now option and pay via PayPal or email your order to [email protected]. You will need to state the item you wish to purchase and any alterations you may require. Full payment is required before goods are designed and dispatched except if using our bespoke service

Headdresses and accessories from our vintage inspired range are crafted by hand to order, please allow 4-6 weeks for completion of these designs during quieter periods (October - February) and 8-10 weeks during peak times (March - September) There may be subtle variations from piece to piece, even when the same materials are used to re-create a design some creations cannot be duplicated exactly, we do our best to reflect the original design very closely, so please allow for this. You will soon appreciate the subtle difference as something that makes your headdress or accessory uniquely special (A rush order can be done on a vintage inspired piece should you need it urgently for an additional 10%)

Bespoke pieces require 14 weeks notice and a 50% non-refundable deposit due to the customisable nature of these designs as these may not be re sold. The balance will be payable when your bespoke piece is complete and ready to be delivered.

We welcome international orders, when ordering you can select the relevant posting for your country. Please note the buyer is solely responsible for any import duties, taxes or other charges that may apply. Any custom duties charges for return parcels are also the responsibility of the purchaser

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase from Jo Barnes, when you recieve your item please inspect it and try it on immediately but if for some reason you are not satisfied please contact us within 2 days of receipt

All unworn headdresses and accessories may be returned for exchange, credit or a full refund of the purchase, less any delivery charges (This does not apply to bespoke pieces)

All items will arrive with an item label, if the label is removed it will not be accepted for return or exchange. Worn headdresses and accessories and bespoke designs may not be returned

Returned items must be carefully packaged and must arrive in its original packaging and condition with all labels intact and be received within 7 days of confirmed date received

Returned items must be in new condition (No scratches or blemishes and no broken or missing stones, crystals or pearls) After 7 days of confirmed date received no refund or exchange will be issued

Each headdress and accessory is carefully inspected before it is dispatched, please contact us within 2 days of receipt if your item is received otherwise

Here at Jo Barnes we make every effort to describe and accurately photograph our designs, however due to variations in computers, monitors and settings we cannot guarantee that the colours viewed on screen will be the exact colours of the items you will receive
